Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-07
These terms are an agreement between you and Wispr Inc., which operates Snugit (“we”, “us”). They cover the Snugit app and snugit.io. In the app they are called the EULA. By using Snugit you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Snugit.
Who can use Snugit
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. [TO CONFIRM: minimum age, 13 or 18, matching the Privacy Policy.] If you use Snugit for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it, and these terms bind that business too.
Your account
- Keep access to your email and sign-in accounts safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate details. Do not pretend to be someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
Feedback
- Snugit is for honest, private feedback about a real experience with a business. Follow the Community Guidelines.
- You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and deliver it to run Snugit: sending it to the business, showing it to its team, turning it into Insights, and using it in AI features as the Privacy Policy describes. You give the business you write to the right to read your feedback and use it to improve.
- When you delete your account, your feedback stays with the businesses you sent it to, without your name.
- “Make it nice” and voice transcription are tools. Read the result before you send it; what you send is yours.
- We may remove feedback or other content that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Businesses and owners
- To manage a business on Snugit you must claim it with proof, such as a photo of your business license. We review each claim and may turn it down or remove a claim later. A false claim is a serious breach of these terms.
- Owners and their team members must use feedback only to respond to and improve their business. Do not try to find out who wrote anonymous feedback, contact patrons outside Snugit without their consent, or retaliate against anyone for their feedback.
- Coupons you offer are your promise to patrons. Honour them, and say any conditions clearly in the coupon.
- You are responsible for your replies, including those Snugit writes or sends for you.
AI features
Snugit uses AI to write and check replies, sort feedback into Insights, answer questions in the AI consultant and the guide, and rewrite feedback. AI can be wrong. Its output is a suggestion, not professional, legal or financial advice. If you let Snugit send replies for you, you accept that they go out in your business’s name; you can review drafts or turn automatic replies off at any time.
Snugit+
Snugit+ is an optional subscription for business owners.
- Price: $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year (US prices; local prices are shown in the app before you buy).
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Snugit+ until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds: Apple or Google handles refunds under their own policies.
- Free month: Your first approved business claim comes with 30 days of Snugit+ free. It does not turn into a paid subscription by itself; when it ends, Snugit+ stops unless you buy it. [TO CONFIRM: what happens when an owner buys Snugit+ during the free month — whether billing starts at once or when the month ends, and how the store shows it.]
- We may change Snugit+’s features or price. A price change applies from your next renewal, and Apple or Google tells you before it does.
What you must not do
- Break the law, or the Community Guidelines.
- Send fake, paid or conflicted feedback, or feedback about your own business or a competitor’s.
- Harass, threaten or expose anyone.
- Try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with Snugit, reverse-engineer it, or use bots or scraping to access it.
- Use Snugit to send spam or advertising.
Ending your use
You can stop using Snugit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or deactivate your account, remove content, or stop offering Snugit, if you break these terms, if we must by law, or to protect other users. Deactivating your account does not cancel Snugit+; cancel it in your store settings.
Our content and other services
Snugit, its name, design and software belong to us. Business details, photos and maps come from Google, Mapbox and others, under their own terms. Links to other services are not under our control.
Disclaimers
Snugit is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free, or that businesses will read or answer your feedback. We do not check that feedback is true, and we are not responsible for what users or businesses write, or for what a business does with feedback. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Snugit is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Snugit+ in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You will cover us
If you use Snugit for a business, or break these terms, you agree to defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs that arise from it.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [TO CONFIRM: state], USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in [TO CONFIRM: county and state] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. [TO CONFIRM: whether to add an arbitration clause and class-action waiver.]

- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using Snugit after that, you accept the new terms.
